What is FINN MOBILE Lucky Rewards?
FINN MOBILE Lucky Rewards is our way of saying thank you to our beloved customers. Every FINN MOBILE customer can participate in the quest to win rewards by accessing the Lucky Rewards tab from the main menu in our application.
What are Lucky Rewards mission and gift box?
Missions are quests for you to win rewards. For each mission you complete, you will get one of these gift boxes: green, silver, gold gift box. You can find these missions and gifts in the Lucky Rewards menu.
When you receive a new gift box, you have 365 days to open it before it expires. Don’t want to keep count of the expiry yourself? Don’t worry, we show expiry date of each gift box on the Mission page of the Lucky Rewards menu. You are free to open the gift box at any time you like before the gift box expires.
What benefits will I get from FINN MOBILE Lucky Rewards?
Each gift box is packed with exciting rewards such as free data topping, free upgrade and many more!
FINN MOBILE also sends out gifts to celebrate special occasions with you. This includes birthday, anniversary and many more!

How to best use the rewards? |
Free Data Toppings |
Any data topping reward redeemed will be added automatically to your data quota, and will expire at the end of your billing cycle. We recommend redeeming your reward at the beginning of the bill cycle to maximize your data reward. |
Cash Discount |
When redeeming the cash reward, you will get the discount on your next main package fee. Once used, any leftover amount cannot be carried over to the next billing cycle. Cash discount rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged into cash. We recommend redeeming the cash reward at least 5 days before your billing cycle ends. |
Free Monthly Package |
When redeeming the free monthly package reward, you will not be charged for the next monthly package fee. This does not include any out-of-package charges, and will be canceled if your subscription is blocked or terminated. Please redeem this reward at least 5 days before your billing cycle ends. |
Do rewards expire?
Yes, each reward has a validity period. We do specify the expiry date on the Rewards page in Lucky Rewards menu.
Can I transfer my rewards to others?
Rewards are not transferable between subscriptions and cannot be exchanged or refunded into cash.
Will I still get gifts from FINN MOBILE if my account is suspended?
You will not be able to receive gift(s) during the time your account is suspended.
If my account has been suspended, can I still use my reward?
If your account has been suspended due to overdue bills, you will not be able to access Lucky Rewards menu. We still keep your rewards that you received before account suspension, so you can enjoy these rewards as soon as your account becomes active again. Keep in mind that each reward has an expiry date which will remain unchanged as before your account become suspended.
I already redeemed the cash discount reward, why don’t I see any discount on the outstanding balance?
The cash discount reward once you confirm to redeem it, it will be applied to your next invoice. If you do not see the discount on the next invoice after midnight of the last day of your billing cycle, please contact our Customer Support.
