From February 2020 onward, customers who buy new sim card, change sim card, and those who request to reactivate terminated sim card within 90 days, are encouraged to complete self-verification within 30 days after purchased date. Steps are as follows:
1. Kerry delivered sim card successfully.
2. Customer scans QR code on the SIM package and lands on finnmobile.io/activate with SIM ID auto-populated.
3. Confirm SIM ID (8 English Alphabet).
4. Log in FINN MOBILE account.
5. Take a selfie (customers get 2 attempts to verify with selfie)
6. If selfie is not success, customers are required to answer 3 of security questions which are payment option, date of birth, contact number
**Billing system will continue to charge for monthly fee. Activation date starts either when Kerry delivered sim card successfully**
